# The rhymes
There are a few Henry VIII rhymes to help remember his wives and what happened to them:

Divorced
Beheaded
Died
Divorced
Beheaded
Survived

And the one I remember from school is:
I got rid of Kate, chopped of Anne's head, the death of sweet Jane deprived me. I sent Anne Cleves back, gave Kate Howard the sack and Catherine Parr survived me.

So the wives were
Catherine of Aragon (divorced)
Anne Boleyn (beheaded)
Jane Seymour (died)
Anne of Cleves (divorced)
Catherine Howard (beheaded)
Catherine Parr (survived)
