Haven't met objectives, haven't shown ability to communicate within team,haven't been proactive, etc etc.
On the other hand they have said they're very happy with my work this last month.
Also they have no problem with my skills.
We'll see how it pans out, but I'm going to try my hardest to make sure I keep this job.
