I see what you're saying.To be fair, they did also say that I was very good at certain things - the skills I need are all there, the last month has seen some very good reports coming in etc.
I'm wondering if it's just me taking everything too much to heart and panicking.
My manager basically said 'I know it's stressful, but keep doing what you're doing and improve your communication and you should be ok'.

fingers crossedjust remember that a boss isn't just there to tell you what to do, he's also there to make sure you are able to do what you are meant to do.
it's a distinction that some don't get.
just think happy thoughts, and it's only a job, and there's plenty more out there :D
