they've also scared the shit out of me since i saw a end of the world type series in the seventies where they made funny noises, and caused nastiness. can't remember its name though.

I went to a comic fair on Sunday
and it was in this hall right by a pylon. I didn't know they actually hummed. Very worrying, it was. I bought my Battlepope and scarpered.
