It's annoying
there's so much you can do with AE, but it's a right bitch to get good with from what I've heard. But yes, tatyshop all the way!

I've
heard of After Effects, but I've never gotten it or played with it or anything. I've been using photoshop since I was, like, 9. So I know it pretty well. And I'm still finding new stuff. Hah

We got AE in work, thanks to me
I said it was useful for doing jazzy animated logos, but I really wanted it to do lightsabers.
After a month of trying various tutorials I went back to painting the lightsaber in each frame using Photoshop - looks much better. Pffft.
