I added the openDNS DNS IPs to my connection, with no results. So I can't see whatever this awful picture is, or any other picture on the board. It's all a bit baffling.

using using nslookup in the Windows console and see if it
gives you any more hints as to what is borked. (error messages for timeout/no response/no records etc).

If I was directly at your machine, I would check a dozen of different settings for a clue, but PC problems are always hard to troubleshoot from a distance :(
