You would have to stop going out going to pubs flicking through channels on the telly listening to radio tuning in to radio going into shops walking past shops etc.
You would have to stab your ears with knitting needles and go and live in a rowing boat in the middle of the Dead Sea to escape it.
Even then you weren't safe.
