as well as optimisation
getting rid of the 6 frames that are just repeated to pad out the timing, where nothing changes, helped trim it down a bit.

no, not those end bobbing up and down ones, but you had that speech bubble in 5 frames 0.2 secs each, whereas it only needed one frame for the full sec, it was a similar story for the first couple of frames.
another good way to keep the file size down is if you can separate the action from the background, use the same background layer throughout the anim and only make changes to the animated bits, when action occurs.
