# it's quite wintry here lately.
i've been thinking of having someone take my pic when my moustache is full of icicles, but now i might add some dazzling lights too.

# they dont make them like they used to.
I have a "click clack" futon from the '60's that I refuse to part with as long as I live. It is the best lounge chair I have owned. Getting a bit tattered now, but when I was given it, it was like it came straight from the factory I love it.

# my dvd/vcr/playstation table is a weird metal monster from the late 40s or early 50s.
it has a foldout arm that's got my paperwork and other necessary junk on it, and big clunky feet that raise or lower to enable or negate the wheels.

# new chair?
the arsesupport, which I am currently using was purchased for $5 at a church sale. It has its arms re-covered, arm supports replaced and it is fantastic. I have had many happy moments on it. Although it used to have a wonderful squeak when I leaned back on it. It irritated my old man so much he oiled it. It has never squeaked since and I have never forgiven him.

# haha! mine has that squeak!
i pulled it out of the garbage behind a religious school about 10 years ago. last summer i had to replace the base because 2 of the wheels fell apart, but i had a chair base in my closet that was the same vintage.

no arms on mine, but the back leans and the squeak is great. i'm squeaking now.

# It just makes me want to cry.
I could lean back ever so slowly, and let out this long delightful squeak. But now, due to the thin film of lubricant which has persevered for at least 8 years. there is silence. I STILL FEEL THE PAIN. *sobs*

# Ever since I started my new company for some reason I had envisioned me sitting on a nice white leather chair complete with ultra modern white desk and red trimmings.
Turns out that I am a dead set wanker and that white leather chairs get very dirty very quickly along with the fact when purchased from officeworks the welds on the wheels break off without any hint of warning.
Given my time agin I'd stick to my previous love of 50-60's style.
/I once was a wanker but seen the light blog.

# I'm a maths student
I can't help but be a wanker and want a similar fancy leather chair. But I want mine black. So I look evil. Incidentally I've got a story about Kerry Packer's encounter with a chair at Sydney Uni. The chair rejected him, and Kezza the toad went against family tradition and donated no money.
