and no one will notice. as long as the folk who have booked beds keep you up to date you have nothing to worry about. spam like a mad man a few days before the event, bribe rob and fraser and for christ's sake just go with the flow, you'll get an ulcer.

i was going to try and bribe rob to turn up as Barney the Dinosaur. Sadly it appears I don't have enough lemon sherbets for that.
