comfort food=
peppers, chillis, onion, bacon, garlic, cooked in butter in a sauce pan, when they're done, add rice, water, curry powder, tomato puree, salt and chicken stock. boil until rice is ready. allow a minute to cool then add cheese and pepper. not classy and it feels like you eaten a cannon ball but nothing fills you up in a happy way.
