I'd have said "wardrobe - dressing gown worn in hospital" or similar.

I agree totally, but then how could you shop that
and make it in any way funny?
That's what I don't fully get about this compo, to be honest. Most of the visualisations wouldn't be in any way amusing if the Uxbridge thing was stuck to rigorously - your example right there, for instance, would be a picture of a man wearing a dressing gown in hospital, which is quite normal.
