Last time I did this sort of thing I bought the smallest sort of jiffy bag and it was a normal first class (or second I suppose) stamp.

But some of my CDs arrived in normal unpadded envelopes (sometimes with a bit of cardboard protection) and they were fine. So I might do that this year.

It shouldn't be too expensive anyway :)

in full size DVD cases they cost about 70p each, I sent some abroad and I don't think they were a great deal more expensive.
