A physical book?For AE7 I recommend Angie Taylor's Creative After Effects 7. It covers a lot of the good stuff although with the cs3 versions stuff has probably changed so..I dunno, what versions are you using?
For Prem Pro 2, I have the Lynda.com Hands on Training by Jeff Schnell. It's okay to get a grip on the software but not a very interesting read.
