It was a ninja one that was like a movie clip, wheere the characters had been outlined and coloured in flash, i'm crap at explaining.

Apparently the black bit supposed to be blackboard paint so the lollipop person can write the reg of any cars that speed through or run over a child. They are meant to carry chalk but I dont think many do anymore.
