Oh dear!I'm currently loafing in the states, and I actually have a US version of this, they call it a netty pot over here. Its meant to clean your nose and solve all your congestion/allergy problems, unfortuanately its the most painful experience I have ever had. It feels like your sinuses are going to explode, and you blow water out of your nose for hours afterwards. Needles to say I only used it once.
