# what?
When someone posts an 'I found this' ( that I don't look at because of the nsfw tag ) I can't be sarcastic and when people just troll b3ta for a living I can't be indignant?
What is this, treat me like a cunt month?

# i think he/she did make it.
the 'i found this' was more of a literary device.

# I'm not aware of this.
but I am aware ( mainly from emails that some people oddly feel I need to receive so I know who called me a cunt recently )
There is either a huge amount of ambiguity going on or I'm once again the target of the haters. It's tiresome.

# at times you're very... direct.
people remember harsh words for a long time. if you don't mind 'haters', don't worry. if you do mind that you attract them, change your approach (note: this does not mean being falsely nice or not pointing out twat behaviour, etc).

there are people here who dislike you, people here who like you, and people who are neutral. the main problem for everyone here who isn't you (and your friends) or one of your prime adversaries is that we're dragged into the battles because we're associated with one group or the other. believe me, that gets tedious, perhaps as tedious as being gazzed with gossip.

'reap what you sow', 'be fluffy', all the trite advice does work sometimes.

# I think that when
2 posters whom I've not conversed with for over a year and coincidentally have not posted hardly at all in that time, suddenly turn up and post nothing but insults and abuse I should be concerned because it was exactly the same idiots doing exactly the same thing that caused me to be banned last time.

I just don't understand people. If I don't want to see what some people write I ignore them. I make it clear that I am ignoring them to save them the trouble of typing to me.
I never go back and bother them and I pretty much forget they exist. If someone has an issue with me then why can't they show me the same courtesy and ignore me as opposed to stalk me with vitriol?
Would that not suggest to you that they have adopted an agenda ( fuck, I'm in JFK territory here ) rather than a dislike?

# i'd be annoyed, yes.
i have seen you exacerbate the situation by identifying people on your ignore list - that's aa annoying as being haunted by people on it, and one begets the other. then the cycle continues, and we get to bear witness to the 'fun'.

# I'm hardly unaware
that my showing of the ignore list is provocative but ultimately it ought to be productive and settle things down. Sadly I've had one idiot give me abuse ( and I mean posting here for the express purpose of abusing me and nothing else ) for over 3 years now but will that get stopped? I doubt it. I'm far too thick skinned to be bothered, but its annoying for just the reasons you say. Other people are having arguments over things said about me by people I have on ignore. It's ridiculous.
Again, I absolutely accept that I am manipulative and provocative for my own entertainment ( something some people could take on board and think about ) but I draw a line and I hardly try to make any individual's time on b3ta too difficult and should it appear to go that way then ignore suits me.

At the end of the day I really don't mind so much. The biggest thing that bothers me, and 'm sure you know this, is that there are a number of people out there that are willing to say things that I am sure they will not say to my face in my yard. That's it, really, frustration that I can't deal with these people, that's what grinds my gears. More next week.

# well, it is the internet. people can't be expected to hop on planes willy-nilly.
you provoke, they provoke. whoever is in the right (or less in the wrong, more accurately) is of no importance to the 70 000 members who aren't invested in the battle.

you cannot be serious when you say that "...my showing of the ignore list is provocative but ultimately it ought to be productive and settle things down." i've been a member of websites and bbs chatrooms since they existed, pretty much, some of them more than a little highbrow/adult/intellectual, and that sort of behaviour would start flamewars everywhere. we'd have to be emotionless zombies to let that sort of thing slip by - fucking SPOCK would get pissy with that set-up.

blergh, i have to go outside again. gaz me if you like, lord knows i get full ears from all sides.

# nah I'm done
And people can hop on planes all day. I've offered to pay the fees, it all gets quiet then.
forgive me for bothering you. You made willing to listen and I took advantage.

# Hello you arse-fisting, insecure cunt.
How do you know when I change my name, if I'm on IGNORE?

Hmm curious.

Hopefully you'll read this you small-faced abortion.
