^This^Ask Shalroth, they did a brilliant service actually, much better than we've had with recent troubles with Apple I hate to admit, the Xbox was fixed, cleaned and delivered back by courier within 3 days, where-as we're still waiting of them to even confirm they acknowledge it's not his fault after 2 years of dealings with Apple and a fucked machine they sold him.
