are you an idiot?braaarn sauce for bacon and red for chips. That's just the science talking. There is an exception where real chopped tomatoes can be used when the bacon is served on toasted bread but that constitutes cordon bleu as far as you southerners are concerned so I'd expect you to know nothing about that.
