I just noticed how silly it is to count Wednesday as the middle day of the week
it's obviously Thursday

Well that depends,

So, a week has 5 days, yes?

No, a week has 7 days,
that is often divided into 2 sections though. The working week, and the weekend.
The working week has 5 days, Monday to Friday. The middle of that is Wednesday. As most people's lives are controlled by their employment, that is the most important part of the week.

As usual, it's the silly working class people ruining it for the rest of us
