No, just get gradually quieter and quieter. Pause for a short while, then start again in a louder voice.At each cycle, the pause should get longer, and the loudness that you re-start at should get quieter.
Finally, look dazed, and wander off the stage, and out the emergency exit, setting off the alarm/sprinkler system.
