# Salmon, Trout or Arctic Char, you decide
I love this!

Also, how's this morning been everyone? I've been at the doctor getting examined after my bike fell apart around me at high speed on Friday night. Still, I got a refund on the bike, so it's not all bad.

# Salmon
Kitty willpower for them to pass it on, rather than just eating it

# Don't buy cheap bikes from Halfords?

#
cheap

They're put together by people who know NOTHING about bikes.
It's not like it's rocket science either.

With disk brakes you need to buy medium-expensive ones for them to be even close to working as intended.

# What is it with you and your bike?
Are you alright, chap?

# Aye, not bad
Cuts and bruises mainly. The walk home was more unpleasant than going off the path into the ditch filled with rocks :P

It seems that the problem with the rear axle and freewheel was actually a problem with the wheel hub, which ruined a new set of bearings in about 10 miles. In addition the front disc brake stopped working, the caliper was working fine, the pads had plenty left on them, it was grease and oil free yet it just would not stop the bike.

# Disc brakes, mate
Front and back. The only way to go.

Glad you're ok, though.
