You're mixing up the virgin birth (Jesus getting popped out) and the immaculate conception (Mary not getting blamed for Adam and Eve like the rest of us are for some fucking reason.)

Mary was the "immaculate conception."
It means she was concieved without the stain of original sin. Then she had Jesus, and he was a virgin birth. Not the same thing.
