For the first time in 10 years I bought a ready meal.It was a lasagne. It was reduced in the shop, so I bought it for my tea.
I've been looking forward to it all day.
When I cooked it and put it on my plate just now, I noticed something untoward - spinach. It's a vegetarian lasagne.
This image has gone some of the way towards cheering me up.

YesI went to a newspaper cartoonist exhibition on Saturday and got inspired to do some work using black and white. Not flimsy black lines like I sometimes do but black as an important ingredient in the drawing. Some of these guys were really good, far better than me.
Anyway, will probably do some more drawings along this visual theme, since it's fun to do. And the contrast works very well on a newspaper page.
