one of George W Bushe's debates from when he was in his 40s/50s. articulate, intelligent, common sense.
when he was in power in the 00s he was a total fuckwit retard. but earlier in his career, seemed very smart and on the ball.

Just look at Obama - when his presidency began he was intelligent, articulate and well respected, yet by the time he left he, oh wait.
