basically charlie is a bit special and thinks he's some sort of ultimate fighter goes around asking people to spar in gym's then goes full belt on them and tries to take them out while his dad film this and then tells everyone they're marines and posts them online. he's also an internet troll who tries to bait real fighters leading to them kicking his arse alot.

Yeah i kinda spent ages watching a bunch of vids on him recently
fascinating amount of attention he's garnered - and the whole thing is strangely compelling (in the same way that picking at a scab is)
...but yeah, conclusion seemed to be (well, mine at least) is that he's a troubled kid who seems to have delusions that being the greatest fighter in the world (albeit with next to no talent or training) is the most important thing in his life.
unfortunately, the way this seems to manifest is that he trolls around gyms in LA, asking innocent chaps who are exercising to 'do some light sparring' with him, and then basically assaulting them for 5 seconds with windmilling punches. When they predictably say 'wtf are you doing?!' he asks them if they're 'done', claims victory, and increments his win/loss record on his self-invented UFC ('underground fighting championship') by one - 'yeah! i'm 148 and 0!' etc...
and yeah, his father is being a bit of an enabler to all this - which is a pity, as it's looking like having all the signs of ending really quite badly.
But like i said - tragically compelling watching - there's an impressive number of dedicated Charlie Z exposing/baiting channels out there... - if i was only a little more cynical, i'd wonder if it'll turn out to be all gake, or maybe another oh-so-subtle marketing company playing silly buggers (like lonlygirl15)
