sadly..
he (or his dad) is likely to sue the wall owner for putting up something so dangerous and will more than likely win, bringing all walls under the limelight for scrutiny, H&S will be brought in and many walls will be made illegal without a special permit(license), costs will rise as only Corgi registered wall fitters will be allowed to put up erections of this kind (then only after planning permission is approved), fencing in general will be made a criminal act as the public is made aware of the flamable nature of wood, riots will break out in hyde park as personal garden security is no longer permitted, beer will go up by 6p per pint, petrol will rise to over £2 per litre, Tesco will remove their value products from shelving leaving b3ta to find new bandwagon hummus, horses will starve, a rain of fire shall fall, bunnies will take over the earth with their cute and fuzzy ways..
the owner of this particular wall will rue the day he took down his privet hedge and replaced it with something he thought was more cost effective and secure..
