Schooldays
I was brought up near Penistone and lived on a little street off Penistone Road. When I was very little we had to make papier-mache puppets for a school project. Obviously we used local newspapers to make the required material. I somehow managed, pure serendipity, to plaster only half of the word Penistone across the top of my puppet's head. Me and my mate Keith laughed and laughed until we were sent to the headmaster's office.
