We had a chap come into A+E with chainsaw wounds down the left side of his lower face and neck.
He was OK, just missed the artery's, but he's going to have some rather good scars, like he'd been in a fight with Wolverine.

He was a tree surgeon, awkward angles and fucked up
but yeah, I wouldn't touch one without all the gear on, they freak me out.
