Well, yes: Healthy scepticism is critical. Especially in such high profile, contentious cases.
However, it sounds like you've already made up your mind as to the veracity of a great %age of the cases. Also, of course be critical of the media's coverage, but where else are you getting your information from?
Finally, what do you mean by evidence?
