Yes, if anyone knows of such a thing that can do good image enlarging as described here. I had a good website link or program on an old PC that did stuff, but never used it or remembered what it was called. Enlarged quite well, Any ideas?

its a small sized class photo from school
Wanted to enlargen it myself, but have been told it would then be a digitally altered image of children and I would have to go on a register.
I am one of the children if that makes it seem any less seedy when published to the 'in the courts' section of my local paper...
