I didn't like the first one

I found it repetitive and boring...
...it seemed to be mostly for people who enjoy obsessively collecting things. Plus the fact when I shoot someone in the head I expect them to die.
A shame really, as the gun customization aspect really appealed to me.

Yeah
that was the main problem . I don't mind games where you collect items (love the Fallout games), and I don't mind shooters, but I found Borderlands very repetitive and not nearly as engaging or beautifully designed as other games. After a few plays I lost interest in exploring its world.
