Apparently
Bit of back story, they were twins, one lived in the states and the other lived in southern Ireland and they'd met up and decided to go on a road trip to the UK.
It turned out that the sister in hospital had mental health issues, the one who did the bloke was didn't but when they were met up the one without mental health issues somehow caught them from her sister.
