I'm not a sexist, butMost womens' knowledge of new cars stops at 'it's red', so it's especially unlikely that a car that was only of interest to boy racers in its Turbo and GT Turbo variants would make a dent in the average woman's psyche.
Now if only you'd been talking about a Ford Ka with body-coloured bumpers and eyelashes, she'd have gone all Jeremy Clarkson on you.
