This is a question Best and worst TV ads

"I'd like to give that dodo off the 5 Alive adverts a good kicking," says tom.joad. And luckily, there's tasty, tasty Cillit Bang to clean up the blood stains when you've finished. Tell us about TV adverts.

worst and best...
Well the obvious answers for the worst will appear on here many times this week, no doubt: Go Compare, WeBuyANYCar.com and adverts with Meerkats. The sooner those are dead an buried much the same way the Crazy Frog has been, the better. The advertising "geniuses" behind Mooooooonpig deserve their own special place in hell.

As for the best? Well the Guiness ads always stood out (I would have thought we'd see these mentioned a few times too), but I loved the Volkswagon Lupo baby ad set in the hospital. Genuinely creepy, and well done...

Oh, and there was always that Imperial Leather Showergel advert with that sexy brunette in the shower (and the dancing rubber duck)

I've been trying to find the Volkswagon 0-60 in 15 seconds.
But can't find it anywhere. Always made me grin. Even more than usual that is.

I can't remember that one.....
On the subject of cars in adverts, I have to admit I also liked the old Milky Way advert (which they brought back a few months ago) - The Red Car and the Blue Car

Oh how I wanted to be that duck.
The Meerkats are incredibly well animated, though, for an advert.
