Fully agree with thisWorking in a call centre being called all sorts of names under the sun for refusing to sign up a customer to an 18 month long contract which will earn me a fair whack in commission because "it's my girlfriend's account, she's not here at the moment, all I've got is the phone number, why won't that do?" Nope, sorry mate, the data protection act is there for a reason.
