It wasn't until the b3ta mods read the Flashman novels that we changed from mild-mannered computer operators into heavily-whiskered copulators, poltroons and all round bastards in a well-known cavalry regiment.

The one thing we learnt in high-schoolTo Kill A Mockingbird - Harper Lee
Great book. We studied this as a class back in year 8, just as we were losing our own innocence. Coming from a pretty rough school, I was surprised that in a book that says "nigger" 48 times, no-one laughed at it like they usually did. Such a well-written novel that I stole a copy from the class-set & still have it to this day.

Brilliant bookThe first time I went into a bar in London where I later worked I was reading a copy, and was instantly nicknamed by the staff, hence the username.
