It wasn't until the b3ta mods read the Flashman novels that we changed from mild-mannered computer operators into heavily-whiskered copulators, poltroons and all round bastards in a well-known cavalry regiment.

@ CHCBI think the problem is that we turn to humour at times of stress and desperately hope that there'll be someone else who'll understand our strange way of looking at the world.
Fortunately [Look away now! Beware! Gushing Ahead!] b3ta is entirely made up of similar souls who also seem to be entirely socially inadequate.
