Reading the Highway Code is an important step for cyclists.
It allows them to check for excessively inky pages that might otherwise leave smears on the buttocks.

I only read the highway code
whilst cycling through reds and I like to keep a copy strapped to my handle bars (why waste the space on lights eh)
