This is a question Brits Abroad

Union jack shorts, bulldog t-shirts, bars named after soap operas, hen parties in Malaga. Tell us about your encounters with the worst (or best) of our fair country's travelers around the world. Alternatively, tell us about your own doomed quest to find a decent cup of tea in Moscow.

I assume he was trying to be clever by pointing out that on any contiguous piece of land,
there is only one coast, that goes all the way around it.

Except,
1) The coast of Spain is broken up by Gibraltar and Portugal
2) The Balearic Islands, The Canary Islands, Melilla, Ceuta
All have Spanish coasts, not part of the coast of mainland Spain.

No sorry I wasn't being clever
I meant to say coaster.
It's the Costa Blanca Rachelswipe.

But
I'm pleased I googled contiguous before laughing at you for misspelling continuous or I really would look stupid.
