She was just looking for a fightShe'd have yelled at you for not offering it if you'd chosen that option.
A similar thing happened to my friend except the crazy old women (in strangely high heels with a walker) ranted at us for about 10min about how someone had just pushed her 4 stories out a window on to the footpath and other seemingly random things. We just stared at her which seemed to be the expected response.
