Acting as a Call Centre as Such.
Following copious amounts of Mad Dog 20/20 and Strongbow, we used to randomly phone people up out of the phone book with the surname of "Wall"

Ring Ring
"Hello"
If a lady answers***

"Is Mr Wall there?"
"No"
"Is Miss Wall there?"
"No"

"Is Master Wall there?"

"There is no Master Wall"

"WHAT THE FUCK IS HOLDING YOUR HOUSE TOGETHER THEN?"

Cue us laughing uncontrollably for hours on end

***If a bloke answered, Danny used to shit it and put the phone down.

Good Times.

That word again
I'd prefer to baseball bat you laughing rather than cue you laughing.

There's probably some long-winded explanation for your outrage
but in the context of the post above, the OP uses the word 'cue' correctly:

www.answers.com/topic/cue

He's using the well-worn trope of a scene cutting to him and his friend laughing uncontrollably at the events which just transpired. This in no way endorses his affection for Honda Accords though.

I believe
His outrage is caused by too much excessive overuse of said word.

^
This is correct.
It's such an awful, overused word on here.
(, Wed 9 Sep 2009, 13:01, closed)
done that before
However I finished with

'is there any walls there?'

*long pause*

'...i'll go check'
(, Tue 8 Sep 2009, 15:37, closed)
"are there ANY walls there"
HA - THATS THE PUNCHLINE.

FUCK SOCKS.

OH WELL
(, Tue 8 Sep 2009, 16:23, closed)
This makes no sense
The "punchline" (if you can call it that) only works if you ask "Are there any Walls there?" and get the answer "No", but you've deliberately called the Wall household...

ok ok, so it wasnt perfect, but you get the theme. We were "well drunk" :)
:(
