Probably "ellipses"But it's English so people will be clever and say "ellipodes" and such and others will be more modern and say "Ellipsusisses" or whatever.
Hang on, aren't there three dots? Now I wonder if the plural is "Ellipsis" and the singular "Ellipsus".
Shame I have no idea if I even speled the original correctly...

The would imagine the singular of elipses is called a 'full stop'.(
