ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Take no noticeOffensive, certainly. Insensitive, ditto. I'm not one to try to find something to say, except that this has put you in my thoughts and there are jerks everywhere but thankfully they are of little consequence.
