This is a question The Credit Crunch

Did you score a bargain in Woolworths?
Meet someone nice in the queue to withdraw your 10p from Northern Rock?
Get made redundant from the job you hated enough to spend all day on b3ta?

How has the credit crunch affected you?

It's been hard times. Hard times.
I got a tenner Christmas bonus.

The department for work and pensions are a tight bunch.

Wankers
If that was me, I would have taken a £20 note out of my pocket, shit on it, ripped it in half, and shoved it down the bosses trousers. A tenner is just plain insulting.

Ten quid FTW
Think your self lucky. I work for a major engineering company that makes money hand over fist, all those stupid bloody buildings you see in Dubai we design. And what do the bastards give us last xmas (Last xmas, before the credit crunch really even hit)?

Superstructures! a set of bridges top trumps! Which isn't too bad for some of the amazing fancy bridges in it but mostly it's the A5 overbridge number 27.

tonnage of concrete: 56
tonnage of steel: 127
Span: 43m

etc etc

I think
he was meaning he's on benefits and was hoping to scounge some more.

Either that, or it really is a tight department!
