I laugh, butI have a friend who broke up with a fellow when he started encouraging her to gain weight so she'd 'look pregnant', because he thought pregnant women were hot.
She admitted being grateful that she hadn't slept with him yet since, in her words, 'I don't think I'd ever feel clean again.'
