why on Earth would I?I'd be out of a job if nobody called in. I really was only aiming at those who are extremely rude to my team. I can appreciate how it may have appeared to be all encompassing, but I also think this is QOTW, where people do bitch about their customers. But never mind. All's well that ends well, especially if it didn't start if the first place.
