YoI read the original post and it did seem to come across as a little bit bad attitude at first, however upon re-reading I think it's quite clear that it is laser beam focussed on the spacktards that do inevitably phone up call centres (to which I am an unfortunate witness to in a past life).
Also the profile pic of the original poster is awesome and sexyfun.
