All the bloody time!One woman wanted a half bottle of vodka which we'd run out of on the shelf, so I checked under the counter where we keep the extra bottles of spirits and we didn't have any there either. I informed her of this and she asked me if we had any in the back or upstairs. We don't keep vodka upstairs, and I've just checked to see if we had any more in the place where we keep the spare bottles, you just watched me you cretin!
