Berghaus jacketswhen i was in school.... EVERYOONE had one,
that or Sprayway jackets.
needless to say - none of the coats ever saw the extreme weather they were designed for.
so what did i do?
Buy a Sprayway coat of course.

I've always imagined......some freak weather hitting the country (true Day After Tomorrow style shiz with hurricanes, floods and blizzards), and the only survivors are middle aged women who happen to wear those Thermal fleeces from Berghaus and The North Face all year round. They then have to re-build society based on the values that people who live in that type of clothing have.
